  • 1.The first step towards a job with Crown Staffing is to submit your resume. You can do this through our website, by fax or drop it of at our office near you.

    2. The second step is the screening process.
    If we have a job that suits your qualifications, we will call you. We may ask you a few questions about your:
    • Job skills
    • Availability
    • Languages Spoken
    • Etc.


    3.The third step is the interview.
    After the screening process, you may be interviewed by one of our human resource employees. You will need to bring your
    • resume
    • driver's license
    • social security card
    • green card (where applicable)
    • the addresses and phone numbers of your last 3 employers.
    You will be asked to fill out a short application and a W-4. The interviewer will ask you questions about your: 4. The fourth step is job specific testing. Depending on job requirements, you may be asked to complete some skill testing, on topics such as:
    • Computers
    • Word Processing
    • Data Entry
    • General Office Skills
    From there, your skills will be tested and scored. Both written and computerized tests will be administered. Following the testing, you will have a personal interview with a staffing coordinator. During the interview, your scores and aptitudes will be discussed and reviewed as well as your goals and interests in a future position.


    5. The fifth step is background checks. If you appear qualified for the job,Crown Staffing will contact your previous employers to ask about your employment history. Please bring the names and phone numbers of at least 3 work related references to the interview.

    6. The last step is the follow up. In a few days, you will receive a call from your consultant to follow up with you about your application.You will be informed of Crown Staffing procedures during this time.
