TOP PAY:
  • Based upon skill categories
VACATION PAY:
  • Employees are eligible for one week’s vacation pay at their average pay rate after completing 1500 regular hours. Vacation time is based on a full calendar year from January to December. Vacation hours start over every January. Must take one-week vacation all at one time or lieu of pay. Supervisor must approve time off.
HOLIDAY PAY:
  • Employees are eligible for holiday pay if they:
    • Have been on an assignment for a consecutive 90 days with no break in service.
    • Have worked 32 regular hours during the week of the holiday
    • Must work scheduled hours the day before and the day after
    • Have not had a break in service prior to the holiday
  • Recognized holidays are:
    • New Year’s Day
    • Memorial Day
    • 4th of July
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day
  • Break in service is defined as 80 cumulative regular hours not working with Crown Staffing.
MAJOR MEDICAL INSURANCE:
  • Available to temporaries who apply for Crown Staffing’s program offered at a group rate.
