  3. Crown Staffing provides a thorough orientation program for each temporary employee. This includes the productivity expected by you and the professional commitment from Crown Staffing.

  4. Crown Staffing pre-screens prospective temporary employees to fit your customized requirements.

  5. Crown Staffing will provide a customer service representative to work exclusively with you and your designated representative, enabling us to provide that personal service.

  6. Cross reference files are maintained on each employee along with performance evaluations, previous assignments and skill testing for mutual review.

  7. In order to retain quality temporary employees, Crown Staffing provides a specific benefit package and optional health insurance.

  8. There will be no liquidation fees for hiring a Crown Staffing temporary after he/she has completed a minimum of 480 hours. This is our way of expressing appreciation and building good will.

  9. Crown Staffing monitors job performance of our employees by weekly phone contact with a designated official. If necessary Crown Staffing personnel can be available for on-site assistance.

  10. Payroll checks can be delivered to your work-site, mailed or held in our office for pick-up, depending on your request.
